Artwork Submission (Due March 3, 2026)

The 2026 NINAETC Executive Committee is requesting submissions of original artwork to be used as a logo and for other appropriate uses.


Workshop Proposals (Due March 10, 2026)

The 2026 NINAETC Executive Committee announces a call for training presenters. Individuals and groups interested in providing training for workforce development professionals may submit a training proposal. Workshop proposals will be reviewed by the Workshop Committee. All workshop attendees will be in person. Workshop proposals may be submitted online.

This annual conference is a time for Indian and Native American workforce development professionals to gain knowledge, celebrate accomplishments, and develop strategies to enhance Native employment and training programs, thereby, improving the lives of Native people throughout Indian Country.


Participant/Employer Awards (Due March 24, 2026)

Throughout the year, as workforce development professionals, we encounter a number of extraordinary individuals (adults and youth) who take full advantage of the opportunities provided through the WIOA 166 and PL 102-477 programs and achieve great success in their chosen endeavors. Also, we are fortunate to work with many great companies and organizations that not only serve as employers for our participants but also work to develop individual employees.
