Exhibitors/Vendors are requested to check in at the NINAETC/477 Registration Desk in the Century Foyer. Set-up may begin at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017. Exhibits are scheduled to be open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Thursday (limited security).

Unloading can be done through the hotel east entrance on Avion Drive. However only temporary parking is permitted for loading and unloading on Avion Drive. Traffic Patrol will ticket vehicles left for long periods of time unattended. If you have a large exhibit, you may need to use the laoding dock which is directly behind the hotel on 98th Street as it is closer to freight elevators. If you choose to use the loading dock, you should contact the Security team (who oversees this area) to inform them when you expect to arrive. Security will navigate you from there.
